Embark on a 3-day adventure from Fez to the Sahara Desert, passing cedar forests, Middle Atlas landscapes, and the Ziz Valley. Enjoy camel trekking and a night in a Berber desert camp under the stars. Explore Todra Gorge, Dades Valley, and the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. End your journey crossing the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech.

Itinerary

Start: Fez

Pick up at or near your hotel.

End: Marrakech

Drop off at or near your hotel or airport

Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert
Pick up from your hotel and drive through the Middle Atlas mountains, stopping at cedar forests to see the Barbarian Apes. Continue via Tizi Ntalghamt pass, Midelt, and Ziz Valley to Erfoud, Rissani, and Merzouga. Enjoy a camel trek to a Berber camp in Erg Chebbi dunes, followed by dinner and traditional drums under the starry sky.

Day 2: Merzouga Desert – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
Wake up early for a sunrise on the dunes and a camel ride back to the hotel. After breakfast, travel to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges, then continue to Dades Valley for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Dades Valley – Kelaa Magouna – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – High Atlas Mountain – Marrakech
Drive through Dades Valley and Roses Valley, then visit Ouarzazate and the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Cross the Tizi nTichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains, stopping for panoramic views and an argan oil cooperative visit. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon/evening.
